The Annual Grimes Chamber and Economic Development Golf Outing has become the premier business networking event of the year. This event includes a day of golfing with fellow Grimes area business leaders and representatives. While score is kept this event's, focus is to have fun, and the field ranges from novice to seasoned golfers. The event includes a meal for all golfers, recognition of event sponsors, award presentation to winning teams, presentation of the traveling trophy and a raffle drawing for an array of prizes. This has been a sold-out event for three years running and is one that you will want to be a part of!

- Lunch will be handed out to Golfers at the turnaround after play has begun (around 11/11:30) - Catered by Hy-Vee (Meal tickets can be found in your gift bags)
- Raffle Tickets: 1 for $5 | 5 for $20
- Each Corporate Team gets 1 drink ticket per Golfer (4 tickets total)
- Each Executive Corporate Team gets 2 drink tickets per Golfer (8 tickets total)
- Cocktail Hour & Prize Raffle will follow Play under the tent on the Driving Range
- East, West & South Courses will be used
Cheating for the Chamber Package: $30
1 Automatic two-putt: Players may consider the ball to be holed in no more than two putts once their ball is on the putting surface
1 Ladie’s Tee Advantage: Great for players of all skill levels, the ladie’s tee advantage allows the purchaser and all men to tee off from the women’s tees and all women to tee from the 200 for ONE hole of the player’s choosing. Your friends may make fun of you, but any advantage is truly worth paying for, especially on a short, drivable par 4 or a reachable par 5.
1 Grenade Ball: These “grenade balls” can then be thrown, instead of hit with a club, allowing better accuracy and an interesting spectacle on the course! Limited to 1 use of the grenade ball per team used by one player of choice.
Interactive Tee Information:
- Check in anytime after 8am
- Each Interactive Tee gets 2 meal tickets per booth
- All alcohol MUST be purchased from the Course, no outside alcohol is permitted
- We encourage all Interactive Tees to take part in serving beverages 🙂
- Please let us know if you plan on having alcoholic beverages at your location, so we can spread Interactive Tees out accordingly
- Helpers/Carts to unload are limited - so please be patient with us
- No perishable food (Example: meats, poultry, fish, dairy products)
- No grills allowed
- Our expectation is for Interactive Tees to stay for the entire duration of the event - our lack of carts/helpers to remove you from the course may be difficult
- Tee locations may have rotated and changed, so if you had a certain location in the past, that may not be your location for this year's outing
- Interactive Tees will get their Tee location when they Check-In Day of*
